3. Purposes of processing and legal basis of processing

Your data will be processed in order to provide you with additional commercial information within the scope of the company’s offer. The provision of your data is voluntary and enables you to obtain commercial information – the legal basis for data processing is your consent provided that this consent has been given by you, if you do not give your consent your personal data will not be processed for this purpose.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing relating to Pevna Energy’s own products and services – the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent provided that this consent has been given by you, in the event that you do not give your consent your personal data will not be processed for this purpose.

Your data will be processed in order to answer your request – the legal basis for data processing is your consent, provided that you have given your consent, failing which your personal data will not be processed for this purpose.

Your data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process for a given position – the legal basis for data processing is your consent given when filling in the application form (application for a given position).

4. Period for which the data will be stored

The data will be processed for 2 years or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Recipients of the data

Your data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of Pevna Energy, in particular IT service providers and accounting firms – whereby such entities will process the data on the basis of a contract with Pevna Energy and only in accordance with its instructions.

6. Rights of the data subject

You are entitled to:

  • access to your data
  • request their rectification
  • request their deletion
  • request restriction of processing,
  • withdraw your consent,
  • the right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from Pevna Energy in a commonly used file format,
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection.

In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you should contact Pevna Energy. This can be done, for example, by sending a request to Pevna Energy’s registered office address or by email to biuro@pevna.pl.

7. Voluntary provision of data

The provision of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. Provision of personal data for the purpose of processing a possible complaint is voluntary, but failure to do so will make it impossible to accept and process the complaint.

8. Data protection measures taken

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legislation and data storage takes place on secure servers.

We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

We have implemented data encryption and have access control in place to minimise the consequences of any data security breach.

The pevna.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of comfort on our website, and the data collected is only used internally by Pevna Energy to optimise operations.
